Instructor Tom Parrish Sifu Tom Parrish has been studying Shaolin-Do with us since 2005 and currently holds a 1st degree Black Belt. Sifu Tom assists in teaching classes on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Sifu Tom has strong perserverance and drive which has shown in his ability to push through injury. His personable manner makes him a great instructor.
