Description	This is the first weapon form the Shaolin-do student learns. This is because the Bo Staff (or a long stick) is one of the first fighting tools man invented and it's skills are basic for many other weapons. This is a two-handed (overhand grip) staff form which means either end can be used to block or attack. It teaches students 4 basic staff spins and blocking techniques.
