Description	The second bo or staff form a Shaolin student learns is very different than the First Level Bo Blue Belt form. Instead of the double overhand grip used for the double-ended techniques, an over-under grip is used in the Four-Eight Staff. This allows for one-handed thrusts and slashes, and spear-like pivoting blocks we call LA-NA-CHAs.
