Description	This form teaches basic moves with a short stick. The skills learned with this stick can be applied to anything of similar dimensions, including blades of all sorts. Circular strikes and variously angled jabs are typical. It is also called the Never ending circle because the spins of the stick are continuous throughout the kata.
