DescriptionThe longest of the Hua style forms, this form is extremely aerobic with the high kick and low sweep style used through this belts material. Northern system known for its graceful, open, acrobatic movements and proud, honest spirit. It is called Long Fist because many of the Hand strikes are done with your arms fully extended. Features a 540 degree sweep and a no-handed cartwheel, also know as a side aerial.
