Description	The Yang Family is well known for developing many types of Tai Chi Chuan forms and also many related, but lesser-known weapons forms. These include the Tai Chi Broadsword which is a thick-bladed single-edged sword with much less curve than a traditional broadsword. The form flows at the same pace as most Tai Chi Chuan forms - very slow and balanced. It also uses the principles of empty-hand Tai Chi forms such as proper breathing coordinated with the movements, centering of energy and adhering to an opponent.
