DescriptionThis is the first long form learned by a Shaolin Yellow Belt. It incorporates low, solid Bo stances and simple stepping in a square pattern into attacks in all four directions. These attacks include two-hand chops, punches, shutos (sidepalms) and two-hand pushes. Each attack is meant to be powerful enough to knock a door down, hence the name of the form.
