A uniquely brutal internal style. This decptively subtle style is designed to use misdirection while appearing linear in its attacks. All of the movements are both attacks and blocks at the same time. It was desgined by a prisoner who had ball and chain attached to his hands and feet, and only a small prisoner cell in which to practice. So he desinged these techniques which take shuffle steps and hit with very powerful, controlled punches. Once the ball and chain were reomoved from his hands and feet, he found he had developed tremendous power with this style. There are 5 basic punching techniques to this style or "roads" as we call them. Chopping Fist, Crushing Fist, Stopping Fist, Cannon Fist, and Crossing Fist.
